Varsha Rathod

MBA, M.A. Psychology, IBA

Behavior Analyst

Varsha is an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) and psychologist with nearly a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Originally from India, her passion for understanding human behavior and motivation ultimately led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Psychology and a career dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their lives.

Since entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015, Varsha has been committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based intervention that promotes communication, emotional understanding, and independence. She believes that effective teaching begins with building trusting relationships and recognizes that many challenging behaviors decrease when individuals are provided with functional and meaningful ways to communicate their needs. Her clinical approach emphasizes individualized treatment, collaboration with families, and empowering each client to develop skills that improve their quality of life across home, school, and community settings.

Varsha combines evidence-based behavioral practices with an understanding of emotional processes and the importance of physical wellness in supporting long-term success. In addition to her clinical work, she is an active presenter and collaborator with autismus Stuttgart e.V., where she regularly provides educational workshops and supports autistic individuals and their families throughout the community. Varsha is passionate about fostering greater understanding, acceptance, and inclusion for individuals with autism, and she believes that every client has something valuable to teach those around them.
