Taylor is a dedicated behavior analyst with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. She has been working in the field of ABA since 2010, beginning her career as a behavior technician and gaining valuable hands-on experience before continuing her education and professional development. Her experience includes working with individuals ranging from 18 months to 20 years old across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinical environments.

Taylor earned her Master of Education from Vanderbilt University with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her diverse clinical experience has given her the opportunity to support individuals with a wide range of developmental and behavioral needs while collaborating closely with families, educators, and other professionals. She values creating individualized interventions that are practical, meaningful, and designed to help each person build skills that can be used throughout their everyday lives.

Taylor is passionate about helping individuals develop greater independence and confidence while supporting families throughout the process. She believes that effective ABA should be collaborative, compassionate, and responsive to the unique strengths and needs of each individual. Her years of experience across different ages and environments have helped her develop a flexible approach that allows her to meet learners where they are and support meaningful progress over time.
