Sydney Caulder
M.A., BCBA
Behavior Analyst
Sydney is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) originally from New Hampshire. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice, where she developed a strong interest in understanding human behavior and the systems that shape it. After graduation, Sydney began working with foster children in a therapeutic setting, an experience that first introduced her to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Inspired by the positive impact ABA could have on individual lives, Sydney sought a more direct and personalized approach to therapy. She began pursuing her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis while gaining hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Now a BCBA, Sydney is dedicated to helping individuals reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support.
