Stepfani Roskey

Stepfani has over 13 years of experience working with children, starting her career in early childhood education by teaching foundational skills like math and early literacy. During this time, she honed her ability to foster social-emotional and language development through play-based teaching strategies.

Her passion for applied behavior analysis (ABA) began while working at the New England Center for Children, where she gained invaluable experience supporting children and adults with Autism. At the center, Stepfani collaborated with peers and supervisors to develop treatment recommendations for her case students and regularly reported progress to parents.

In 2023, she earned her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, and in 2024, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Since then, Stepfani has worked in early intervention with children ages 2–6 years, focusing on building essential skills and reducing problem behaviors. She takes pride in fostering strong relationships with families to promote skill development across all environments.
