Shane Petersen

Shane is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Special Education Teacher. Inspired by his experience growing up with a younger brother who has autism, Shane has been actively involved in supporting individuals with disabilities from an early age. His dedication has included volunteering in special education classrooms, participating in the Special Olympics, and contributing to post–high school transition and educational services.
Since 2019, Shane has provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to both children and adults. He earned his Master’s degree from Brigham Young University and achieved board certification in 2024. In addition to his native language, English, Shane speaks advanced Swedish and is working everyday to improve his German.
