Santiago Saiki

Santiago is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over six years of full-time experience delivering evidence-based behavioral services across clinic, home, and school settings. He specializes in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and related developmental disabilities, working with clients ranging in age from early childhood through young adulthood (3–28 years old).

Santiago earned his Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from the University of Miami, where he played an integral role in the early development of the university’s early intervention clinic, the Intensive Behavioral Intervention Services (IBIS) program. This foundational experience strengthened his commitment to individualized, compassionate care and shaped his approach to functional, socially significant outcomes.

With a strong grounding in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and a passion for making a meaningful impact, Santiago continues to advance the quality of life for his clients and their families through collaborative, client-centered support.
