Nikki Condit

Nikki is an experienced pediatric healthcare leader and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with almost 15 years in pediatric therapies, demonstrating a proven track record of managing clinical operations, establishing clinic workflows, and founding pediatric therapy organizations.

Currently serving as Operations Consultant for Knospe Lerncenter, Nikki provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for the Allied Health Department, encompassing Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). In this role, she collaborates closely with upper management, departmental leaders, and the Clinical Operations Manager to streamline daily workflows, lead operational meetings, and present feedback to company leadership.

Nikki plays a key role in developing and enforcing essential clinic policies as well as overseeing performance audits and bonus structures. Beyond clinic management, she serves as a primary front-end operational resource for staff, supports HR initiatives , and guides community outreach efforts.

Living and working in Germany since 2017, Nikki Condit brings extensive entrepreneurial and managerial experience, having founded, co-founded, and directed multiple pediatric therapy companies across the country.

Nikki holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, and has been a BCBA since 2018.
