Quality and Compliance Officer

Morgan Fowler is a seasoned behavioral health professional with over 15 years of experience, specializing in quality management, compliance, and behavioral health operations.

Currently serving as our Quality and Compliance Officer, Morgan’s previous roles have equipped her with extensive experience in clinical compliance and insurance management. At Humana, she conducted clinical necessity utilization reviews for TRICARE East’s ABA service requests, ensuring compliance with TRICARE Operations Manual policies. As Director of Clinical Compliance at Behavioral Perspective, Inc., she performed comprehensive compliance audits, developed standard operating procedures, and designed performance improvement initiatives.

Morgan’s career also includes significant leadership roles such as Regional Director of Clinical Quality at Autism In Motion (Hopebridge) and Clinical Insurance Standards Manager at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD). She has designed and implemented quality initiatives, conducted clinical case reviews, and provided extensive training to staff and stakeholders.

In addition to her compliance and quality management roles, Morgan has facilitated ABA services in various settings, including home, residential, inpatient, and community environments. She has been instrumental in establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing workflows, and providing ABA clinical support to ensure optimal service outcomes.

Morgan has been credentialed as a BCBA since 2013, with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Justice Systems from Truman State University. Her commitment to continuous learning is evidenced by her Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Outside of her professional roles, Morgan is dedicated to continuous learning and evidence-based practices, driving innovation and excellence in healthcare delivery. Her diverse experience and leadership in quality management and compliance make her a valuable asset in the field of behavioral health.
