Bückeburg, Germany – August 9, 2024 – At Knospe-Lerncenter, we understand the importance of clear communication, timely support, and consistent care. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Family Advocate team, headed by Anja Cope. They are here to ensure our English-speaking beneficiaries have a seamless experience from intake to discharge.
Your primary contacts remain your therapy team. However, our Family Advocates will be the one to introduce you to your team as well as serve as an advocate if you ever have additional needs. Their responsibilities include:
New Family Intakes: They prioritize reducing the time between your initial inquiry and when you receive care. Their goal is to make the process as quick and efficient as possible, whether you’re new to our services or transitioning from another provider.
Proactive and Responsive Feedback Collection: They actively seek out your feedback throughout the year. Whether you’re satisfied or have concerns, they’re here to listen. From your first contact with us to your ongoing care, they work to maintain a consistent and smooth process, ensuring that your experience is as supportive and hassle-free as possible.
Ombudsman Services: They are your advocates within the Knospe-Lerncenter team. If you ever feel uncertain about who to contact or need someone to address an issue confidentially, they’re here to help. They can intervene directly or share your feedback with the therapy teams while maintaining your anonymity, depending on your preference.
Access Initiative: They administer our financial assistance program.
Whether you’re a new beneficiary or a current one with ongoing needs, your assigned advocate is the person to call if you’re unsure who to contact. They are your go-to resource for all questions and concerns related to your care. Their commitment to supporting you means you can count on them for compassionate, timely, and effective assistance.
