Maja Lindlar

Maja is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience providing evidence-based services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and supporting their families. Born in Germany and having lived in the United States from 2009 to 2023, she is fluent in both the German and English languages and cultures, allowing her to effectively serve families from diverse backgrounds.

Maja began working with children with autism in 2013 as an ABA therapist, partnering closely with families to help them develop meaningful skills and improve quality of life. During this time, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. She later completed her Master of Science in Behavior Analysis at Simmons University in Boston and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Throughout her career, Maja has supervised and mentored behavior technicians and aspiring clinicians while continuing to expand her own expertise through advanced professional training. She has participated in continuing education with internationally recognized leaders in the field, including Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Greg Hanley, and Dr. Steven Hayes, strengthening her commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, and family-centered care.

Today, Maja divides her time between Knospe-Lerncenter’s Wiesbaden clinic and community-based consultation services throughout central Germany. She partners with caregivers to develop practical, individualized strategies that promote meaningful progress, empower families, and help children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
