Kyle Wagner

Kyle is a dedicated behavior analyst with a passion for helping children and families develop meaningful skills and create supportive environments for success. His interest in Applied Behavior Analysis began during his undergraduate studies at Utah State University, where he volunteered at ASSERT (Autism Support Services: Education, Research, and Training), an early intervention clinic serving children with autism and their families. This experience sparked his interest in behavior analysis and led him to begin working as a behavior technician, providing early intervention services and gaining valuable hands-on experience supporting young learners.

While completing his Master’s degree, Kyle continued to expand his clinical and educational experience through a two-year internship with Cache County School District’s special education department. Working within a school setting gave him the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals while supporting students with a variety of behavioral and educational needs.

After earning his Master’s degree, Kyle was hired as Cache County School District’s District Behavior Coordinator. In this role, he helped develop supportive systems and environments designed to meet the diverse needs of students across the district. His experience working closely with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals has strengthened his ability to look at the bigger picture while developing individualized and practical approaches to behavioral support.

Kyle believes that effective behavior support should extend beyond the therapy setting and provide families, educators, and other caregivers with strategies that can be used throughout everyday life. He values collaboration and strives to create supportive environments where individuals can build independence, confidence, and meaningful skills. His experience across early intervention, clinical, and school-based settings allows him to bring a broad perspective to each family and individual he supports.

Kyle is excited to continue his professional journey at Knospe-Lerncenter, where he enjoys working alongside a team of dedicated professionals. He is especially grateful to share that journey with his wife, who is a Speech-Language Pathologist at Knospe-Lerncenter. Together, they enjoy being part of a team committed to supporting individuals and families through compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based care.
