Kaitlyn Hurd

Kait serves as the Clinical Director in Ramstein and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst originally from Massachusetts. With over ten years of experience, she has supported children and families across clinic, home, and school-based settings, bringing a depth of clinical expertise to every environment she works in. Kait holds a Master of Science in Autism Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and has spent her career designing and overseeing high-quality behavior intervention services grounded in evidence-based practice.

Known for her compassionate and supportive approach, Kait partners closely with families, educators, and care teams to ensure each child receives individualized, meaningful care. She is deeply committed to fostering collaborative relationships, promoting skill development, and creating a positive, empowering experience for the clients and clinicians she serves.
