Justyna Przeperska

 M.Ed., BCBA

Justyna is a social worker and special educator. She discovered her passion for working with people with autism while volunteering at a school for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Krakow, Poland. After finishing her studies, Justyna went on an Erasmus + placement to Germany, where she continued to work with autistic clients. She has spent the last 10 years supporting children, adolescents and young adults with autism in their natural environment in Germany. Additionally, she has gained experience working with American military families.

For Justyna it is especially important to have an ethical approach when working with clients. She loves working with young children based on Naturalistic Developmental Behavioural Interventions. Additionally, she finds Dr. Hanley’s Practical Functional Assessment and Skill Based Treatment approaches are very valuable. She believes that every client regardless of the type of behavior should be supported in an ethical way.

Justyna’s biggest goal is not to change clients, but to improve the quality of life for them and their families. She is also keen to spread the knowledge of modern Applied Behavioural Analysis and Ethics in Germany.
