Yuanzhen (Judy) Wu

Judy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) dedicated to supporting children and families through individualized, evidence-based behavior analytic services. Her clinical experience includes direct intervention and caregiver training, with a focus on helping children with neurodevelopmental disabilities develop meaningful skills that promote independence and improve quality of life.

Judy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Family Studies: Teaching and Learning from the University of Washington in 2023. She later earned her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology: Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Minnesota. Her background in early childhood development, family studies, special education, and behavior analysis has shaped her collaborative and family-centered approach to supporting children and their caregivers.

In addition to her clinical work, Judy has participated in research examining caregiver-mediated behavioral interventions. Her research interests include caregiver engagement and adherence to behavioral interventions, caregiver stress and self-efficacy, and the role of social and emotional support in helping families successfully implement interventions within their everyday lives.

Judy is passionate about making behavioral support practical, compassionate, and accessible for families. She values building strong partnerships with caregivers and other professionals and strives to create individualized interventions that recognize each child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. Through her work, Judy hopes to empower children and their caregivers with meaningful skills and practical strategies that support lasting progress both within and beyond therapy.
