Imrena Dedić

Imrena is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, supporting children and families since 2015. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of clinical and educational roles, including Special Education Teacher, Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), and now as a BCBA. This progression has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs of children and families across home, school, and clinic settings, allowing her to approach each case with both clinical expertise and practical experience.

Imrena earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of West Florida (UWF). She has developed a particular passion for working with young autistic children, especially non-speaking and minimally speaking learners six years of age and younger. Her clinical focus centers on verbal behavior, functional communication, and early intervention, helping children build meaningful communication skills that increase independence, strengthen relationships, and create more opportunities to engage successfully with the world around them. She believes that communication is one of the most powerful tools for improving quality of life and strives to help every child find their voice in a way that is meaningful to them.

Guided by compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice, Imrena is dedicated to providing individualized services that respect each child’s unique strengths, learning style, and developmental journey. She values strong partnerships with families and interdisciplinary teams, recognizing that lasting progress is achieved when everyone works together toward shared goals. By combining scientifically supported interventions with a warm, child-centered approach, Imrena is committed to helping children develop the skills, confidence, and independence they need to communicate, learn, and thrive both now and in the future.
