Gracie Trzil

Gracie serves as the IT Administrator for our Knospe-Lerncenters, where she helps ensure that the clinic’s technology systems run reliably and securely each day. In a specialized environment supporting neurodiverse children, she understands the importance of discretion, data protection, and stable operations, and approaches her work with resilience, critical thinking, and initiative.

In her role, Gracie manages the deployment, configuration, and full lifecycle of endpoint devices while maintaining systems that promote efficiency and accountability. She provides Tier 1–3 technical support, resolves daily technical issues, and performs in-house hardware diagnostics and repairs to minimize downtime and keep the clinics operating smoothly.

With a thoughtful and solutions-focused approach, Gracie brings reliability and care to the clinic’s technical infrastructure. Outside of work, she enjoys learning German, tending to her pepper garden, and spending quality time with her family.
