Gillienne Nadeau

Gillienne is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and Clinical Director of our Ansbach clinic. Originally from Philadelphia, she began her professional journey in the arts, studying theater and teaching children and adolescents. Her work with young learners sparked an interest in how people learn and develop, which ultimately led her to the field of behavioral science.

Gillienne earned her Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Autism Studies from Sage College. Since entering the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, she has focused on supporting children and adolescents with autism through individualized, evidence-based interventions.

She has a particular interest in teaching through natural environments, helping children develop communication, social, and adaptive skills in ways that feel meaningful and authentic to their daily lives. Her work emphasizes empowering children with the tools and confidence to express themselves and engage more fully with the world around them.

In addition to her clinical work, Gillienne has presented research at professional conferences, including the Hawaii Association for Behavior Analysis and the Association for Behavior Analysis International. As Clinical Director, she is dedicated to fostering collaborative, supportive clinical teams and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for the families the clinic serves.
