Erika’s career in Applied Behavior Analysis is a testament to her global perspective, with experiences spanning from her native Hungary to the US and from Kuwait to the UK. Beginning her career in Kuwait, Erika quickly showcased her aptitude, progressing to a pivotal role at ABC of Kuwait as their Consultation and Graduate Program Department Supervisor. There, she expertly crafted and managed a variety of ABA programs, tailoring them to diverse needs and extending her influence beyond clinical settings to homes, schools, and telehealth.
In Hungary, as an Adjunct Instructor at Eötvös Loránd University and a co-author of the English-Hungarian Dictionary of ABA Terminology, Erika dedicates herself to advancing evidence-based practices in her homeland. Her academic achievements include an MA from the University of Pannonia, a PGDip in Special Educational Needs from the University of Wales, and a PGDip in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
