Despina is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in personnel administration and recruitment. She brings several years of experience supporting employees and HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on organization, communication, and people-centered support.

Despina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, and Economic History, which has provided her with a broad understanding of organizational structures, economic environments, and workplace dynamics. Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in HR administration and recruitment, combining careful attention to detail with a practical and approachable style.

In her role as an HR Assistant, Despina supports a variety of HR functions, including personnel administration, recruitment, HR documentation, and employee support. She is passionate about creating positive experiences for employees and helping ensure that HR processes are organized, responsive, and supportive throughout each stage of the employee journey.
