Denise is an experienced Human Resources professional who has managed HR operations for organizations of up to 2000 employees. Her work spans occupational health coordination, workforce training programs, high-volume recruitment, corporate restructuring projects, and HR system management, including experience as a key user of different platforms.
Denise began her career through vocational training as an industrial clerk, where she developed a strong interest in the human side of organizational work. Since then, she has built her career around creating people-centered HR processes that are both practical and scalable, supporting business goals while prioritizing employee well-being and development.
Throughout her career, Denise has played a key role in building HR structures, advising leadership on labor law and workforce planning, and collaborating with works councils.
