In the therapeutic domain, David’s journey has spanned the US and Europe, in roles ranging from therapist to director, introducing him to people across the lifespan with diverse psychiatric challenges. In the research domain, he has studied the neuropsychology of decision-making by humans and animals, with his contributions recognized with numerous peer-reviewed papers, grants, and awards. Bridging the scientist-practitioner gap, he developed free graphing software for time-series data that has been adopted by university programs.

At Knospe-Lerncenter, David stands at the forefront of our growth aspirations and the inclusion of clinic-based offerings for family services. He brings to the position experience with founding and running companies including other European therapy providers, guiding nonprofit boards including as the current Treasurer of the European Association for Behaviour Analysis, and lobbying on Capitol Hill.
