Danielle Trzil

Danielle is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with more than ten years of experience working with children and families, including her work as a BCBA since 2021. She is deeply passionate about supporting early childhood development and helping children learn essential life skills in ways that are meaningful, engaging, and empowering.

Danielle specializes in early intervention and focuses on creating learning experiences that build on each child’s unique strengths and interests. Her approach emphasizes connection, dignity, and respect, using naturalistic, neurodiversity-affirming strategies to support communication, self-advocacy, and skill development within safe and supportive environments.

Her professional journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood & Family Studies and Psychology from the University of Washington, where she also worked as a research assistant at the READi Lab (Research in Early Autism Detection and Intervention), focusing on parent training and early autism intervention research. She later earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Whitworth University.
