Corie is an aspiring Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati. With over two years of hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, Corie is dedicated to expanding her expertise in behavior analysis and intervention strategies. Her goal is to deepen her understanding of behavioral principles, refine assessment techniques, and contribute to developing comprehensive behavior support plans that promote positive behavior change and enhance quality of life.

Corie’s professional journey includes her current role at GAMUT Behavioral Services, where she collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to teach complex communication, self-help skills, and social behaviors. She excels in data collection and analysis, providing counseling support, and responding to the behavioral needs of her clients to improve their long-term functioning and independence. Prior to this, she worked as a Habilitation Technician at A Caring Heart Case Management, where she supported clients in crisis prevention and intervention, established collaborative relationships, and promoted employment, educational, and volunteer interests.

Driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact, Corie aims to lead initiatives in program development, conduct research to advance understanding of behavioral interventions, and advocate for individuals with special needs and their families. Her commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practices is evident in her pursuit of BCBA certification and her active role in providing high-quality behavioral support.
