Christopher Lytle
M.S., BCBA
Behavior Analyst
Chris is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supporting children and adolescents across a variety of settings, including home, clinic, and school environments. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients ranging from 3 to 19 years of age, developing individualized programs that emphasize meaningful, socially significant outcomes. Chris believes that effective intervention begins with understanding the client’s own experiences and priorities, ensuring that treatment enhances quality of life from the individual’s perspective rather than simply focusing on behavior change.
Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, where he double majored in Criminology and Psychology. After exploring several different career paths, he discovered that helping others through behavior analysis aligned with both his professional interests and personal values. This realization led him to pursue a master’s degree at the Florida Institute of Technology, where he completed a dual-track program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). His education provided him with expertise not only in clinical behavior analysis but also in applying behavioral principles to improve organizational performance, workplace safety, leadership, and systems development.
After graduating in December 2018, Chris became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in May 2019 and has dedicated his career to delivering compassionate, evidence-based services. He is passionate about creating collaborative relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams while developing interventions that are practical, respectful, and individualized. Whether working directly with clients or applying behavioral science to improve organizational systems, Chris is committed to helping individuals and organizations achieve meaningful, lasting success through ethical and person-centered practices.
