Christina Monasky

Christina is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a strong passion for supporting and advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Christina began her professional journey in traditional education before transitioning into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), inspired by personal and family experiences related to developmental disabilities.

Christina entered the ABA field in 2016 as a behavior therapist, gaining extensive hands-on experience working with children in clinic, school, and home-based settings. Through this work, she developed a strong understanding of how behavioral principles can be applied to improve communication, social skills, and daily functioning for individuals with developmental needs.

In 2022, Christina earned a Master of Arts in Special Education with an ABA focus from Ohio State University, further strengthening her clinical expertise. She has also worked as a clinical supervisor, providing mentorship and oversight to ABA teams while supporting high-quality service delivery.

Christina brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work, guided by empathy, professional knowledge, and a commitment to improving outcomes for children and their families. Her diverse personal and professional experiences shape her dedication to creating meaningful, supportive, and individualized care.
