Celebrating New Beginnings in Vilseck

Vilseck, Germany – July 1, 2024 – We are pleased to announce an important leadership change at Knospe-Lerncenter Vilseck. Kate Ness will succeed Dayra Diaz Gonzalez as Clinical Director.

Dayra Diaz Gonzalez, M.Ed., BCBA, joined Knospe-Lerncenter as the practice’s third therapist. From the beginning, she played a crucial dual role as our Outreach Coordinator and, on opening of our Vilseck clinic, was named its first Clinical Director. In all of her activities, she has brought a unique understanding the specific issues faced by military families as a military spouse. And now, that issue is her family’s reassignment back to the U.S. While Dayra hands off her responsibilities as Clinical Director, we are thrilled that she will continue to serve as our Outreach Coordinator. Remotely, she will continue to build on the strong relationships she has established with local stakeholders, including health clinics across Germany.

Additionally, we are delighted to congratulate Dayra on her new pregnancy!

Kate Ness, M.Ed. BCBA, PhD Candidate, comes with an impressive academic pedigree that, as we have witnessed across her first few months with us, is complimented with an equally impressive administrative, managerial, and clinical skillset. Her advanced knowledge and commitment to the discipline, showcased with her dissertation work on clinical supervision practices, make her an ideal choice to lead our burgeoning Vilseck team.

Please join us in welcoming Kate to her new role and expressing our heartfelt gratitude to Dayra for her outstanding contributions and continued commitment to our beneficiaries.
