Ashlin Smith



Ashlin comes with a decade of diverse and relevant experience, ranging from therapist to clinical director, from trainer to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) expert.

Her career began as a Behavior Therapist at the Autism Behavior Treatment Center in Draper, UT, where she established and implemented behavior plans to positively change behaviors within children on the autism spectrum. She then served as a BCBA at Affinity Autism and Mental Health Services, where she supervised, mentored, and trained therapists, conducted assessments, and designed personalized treatment plans.

In her role as Clinical Director at Community Treatment Alternatives, Ashlin initiated clinic-based ABA treatment for young children, supervised staff, conducted assessments, and managed the onboarding process for new clients. At ABSKids, she further demonstrated her skills as both a Consultant and Assessor, overseeing ABA therapy, conducting assessments using various evidence-based techniques, and mentoring individuals pursuing RBT certification.

Most recently before joining Knospe-Lerncenter, Ashlin served as a Clinical Consultant at Kyo in Salt Lake City, UT, where she disseminated clinical practices and policies, ensured the delivery of quality clinical services, mentored new BCBAs, and oversaw behavior therapists. Her responsibilities also included delivering quarterly performance reviews, providing individualized mentorship, and serving as a regional expert in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

She holds a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Utah and completed her BCBA coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology.
