Anja brings deep expertise in pediatric behavior analysis to the communities of Regensburg, Hohenfels, and Bavaria at large.

Anja has managed teams of over 15 therapists, demonstrating aptitude in various domains such as communication, problem-solving, data analysis, and collaboration. However, it’s her natural flair in engaging with pediatric clients that truly sets her apart. Anja exhibits a remarkable ability to establish rapport with children, intuitively understanding and responding to their needs and emotions. This skill significantly enhances the effectiveness of the therapeutic interventions she oversees, as it fosters a trusting and conducive environment for behavioral and developmental progress. Her approach is characterized by compassion, patience, and a deep understanding of child behavior, making her interactions with pediatric clients both impactful and heartwarming.

Anja holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism from Ball State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Valdosta State University.
