Behavior Analyst
Dr. Green is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), International Behavior Analyst (IBA), and special educator dedicated to supporting learners and families through individualized, evidence-based care. He holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in Special Education with a focus in Behavior Analysis, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling.
Akiel has worked across educational, clinical, and community-based settings, serving in roles such as Special Education Teacher, Behavior Analyst, and Clinical Director. He has supported children from early childhood through the elementary years and brings extensive experience in program development, staff and caregiver training, acceptance and commitment training, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Known for his collaborative style and cultural sensitivity, Akiel is passionate about creating inclusive, assent based environments where all learners can grow and thrive. His work is grounded in ethical, person-centered practices and a strong commitment to empowering both children and the families who support them.
